City Awarded $3 Million to Improve River Park

The City of Red Bluff will receive $3,000,000 to improve River Park by constructing four new pickleball courts with lighting, amphitheater with bandshell, terraces and pathways, spray park with splash pad, restroom/concession/ police substation facility, three fitness stations, group picnic pavilion with shade structure, and pollinator garden with sundial. Renovate existing playground, walking, and jogging pathways, and landscaping. A parking lot will also be upgraded with lighting and design to meet American with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards.
