Street Banners

The City of Red Bluff offers 2 locations along Main Street where regional events conducted by Civil Groups or other organizations can be advertised utilizing banners that are displayed across the roadway. Organizations can reserve the banner locations on a weekly basis via a banner permit that authorizes the display of banners in the public right of way upon approval.
