Full time, regular employees receive:

  • CalPERS retirement plan
  • Approximately 80% of the premiums for Health, Dental and Vision insurance paid by the City, details on these plans can be found on our Employee Benefits page.

  • Deferred Compensation retirement savings plan is available

Does the City of Red Bluff offer internship opportunities?
The City offers work experience internship opportunities. In most cases, the city will need to have a contract with the education institution the intern is attending. In some cases a background, criminal records check, or other screening procedures may be required before an internship can begin. No. The City of Red Bluff does not offer any paid internships.
